The Village Life Center Texas, is seeking Fully Licensed Contract Therapists to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children and adults. In this role, you’ll work as part of a collaborative care team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish diagnoses.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to assigned clients.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and reimbursement standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, coordinated care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
- Ability to meet documentation and compliance standards.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test.
